1. Purpose and scope
These terms and conditions govern the services sold by Altikode — Amine, auto-entrepreneur (self-employed) registered with the Algerian National Agency for Auto-Entrepreneurs (ANAE, Algeria) under number 509409130007725790, activity: digital transformation consultant, operating remotely between France and Algeria — through the website altikode.fr: fixed-price offers and projects carried out on the basis of a quote, for clients located in France, in Algeria or elsewhere. Any order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Orders
The client submits a request for a fixed-price offer online, or accepts a quote online (electronic “approval for agreement”). No payment is requested online. Altikode contacts the client within 24 business hours to confirm the scope, the start date and the payment terms; the order is formed upon this confirmation. If the request does not fall within the scope of the offer or the quote, the client is informed and remains free not to proceed.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros excluding taxes for clients located in France, and in Algerian dinars for clients located in Algeria. As Altikode falls under the auto-entrepreneur scheme in Algeria (single flat-rate tax), no VAT is charged; a business client established outside Algeria remains liable for any taxes due in its own country (reverse charge). Fixed-price offers and quoted projects require a deposit (percentage stated on the quote or agreed upon confirmation) at the start, with the balance due on delivery. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include the domain name, hosting, or any third-party licences or services, which are subscribed to and paid for directly by the client with the providers of its choice. Payment is made according to the terms agreed with the client (bank transfer or another means accepted by Altikode). In the event of late payment, penalties at a rate of three times the legal interest rate and a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs are payable (business clients in France).
4. Performance
The client provides the necessary access according to the procedure indicated after the order. Lead times run from receipt of the deposit, the content and the access credentials. The client remains responsible for backing up its data; Altikode nevertheless makes a backup before each intervention.
5. Delivery and warranty
Delivery is notified by email, together with a report. Custom developments benefit from a 3-month corrective warranty covering malfunctions with respect to the agreed scope.
6. Intellectual property
The economic rights to specific developments are assigned to the client upon full payment. Open-source or pre-existing components remain subject to their respective licences.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumer clients have a period of 14 days in which to withdraw. If they have expressly requested that performance of the service begin before the end of this period, they owe the amount corresponding to the service provided up to the withdrawal, and lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
8. Liability
Altikode is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts). Its liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned. It cannot be held liable for indirect damages or for malfunctions attributable to the hosting provider, to third-party extensions or to modifications made by a third party.

10. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Algerian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protective provisions from which consumers benefit in their country of residence. The parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute shall be brought before the competent court in accordance with the ordinary rules of law, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions.
