Data collected
Through the quote, offer request and contact forms: name, email address and, optionally, company, phone number, city, website address and project description. No banking data is collected: there is no online payment. This website uses neither advertising cookies nor third-party audience measurement tools.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to review your request, reply to you and, where applicable, draw up a quote. The processing is based on your consent, obtained in the form, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Pre-analysis by artificial intelligence
Your project description may be sent to the Anthropic API (Claude) in order to produce a pre-analysis displayed on screen and reviewed by a developer. Anthropic acts as a processor; under its commercial terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by standard contractual clauses. Do not enter any sensitive information in the description.
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted 3 years after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then archived in accordance with legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@altikode.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP, Algeria) or, if you live in France, with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website only sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, which do not require consent. Your price display preference (euros or dinars) is stored in your browser only.
