Nothing is paid on the website. After your request or once you accept your quote, I get back to you to agree on the terms: a deposit at the start, then the balance on delivery, by bank transfer or another method agreed together, in euros or in dinars.
No. Prices include neither the domain name nor the hosting: you subscribe to them directly with the provider of your choice, in your own name, and you remain the owner. Expect generally €50 to €100 per year in France, or 6,000 to 12,000 DZD per year in Algeria. I recommend a suitable plan and take care of the whole setup and launch.
You do. The code is hosted in your own Git repository from the start of the project, and the usage rights are transferred to you upon final payment. No proprietary licence makes you dependent on Altikode.
